Al Mickley

With over 30 years experience in printing, Al Mickley has worked in virtually every facet of the business. From pressman to production manager and finally as a sales and marketing consultant, Al has advised clients through more industry changes in the last two decades than there were in the previous five-hundred years. Today Al, a native New Yorker, is highly sought out by multinational manufacturers looking to arrange strong, stable, flexible financing options from sole source acquisitions to established lines of credit.

Fred Costabile

Senior Vice-President

Twenty-five-year industry veteran Fred Costabile recently joined OFC Capital as Senior Vice President and Group Head for their Special Markets Unit. Fred spent the last two and a half years with Wells Fargo Equipment Finance as a wholesale buyer. Prior to that, he spent 22 years working in equipment financing and leasing for Bank of America and its predecessor banks.

Peter Eaton, CLP

Senior Vice President

Mr. Eaton, an experienced sales and marketing professional will be responsible for the growth of a new business segment for OFC Capital; providing Warehouse Lines of Credit and Permanent Financing facilities from $500,000 to $3,000,000 for small and medium sized lessors.
Prior to joining OFC, he was responsible for Commercial Sales-East for Pentech Financial Services, Inc. He spent several years as president of his own lease brokerage and consulting firm and previously spent twenty years with M&I First National Leasing ( a subsidiary of Marshall & Illsley Corporation) in various management positions including regional vice president for the Western division. Mr. Eaton is a past president of the United Association of Equipment Lessors and served on the board of directors of this association for six years. He earned the CLP designation in 1987.

Greg Kavouras

Senior Vice-President

OFC Capital Corporation is pleased to announce that Greg Kavouras has joined our team as Senior Vice President. His primary focus will be Intermediary Finance. Kavouras, an experienced sales and marketing professional, will work on continuing the growth of this business segment at OFC Capital, providing permanent financing to purchase or discount existing transactions. He will focus on one-off transactions and portfolio purchases. Prior to joining OFC Capital, Kavouras was an entrepreneur and owned a boutique lending company. Also, Kavouras spent several years with Citicorp, CIT, Wachovia, and GMAC.

Carolyn McClain

Carolyn has worked with OFC Capital for the past nine years both in operations and sales. Her most recent position is in the sales support area where she has responsibility for some of OFC's largest vendors accounts, including Presstek and Office Depot.

Carolyn has worked in the financial arena for more than 20 years with experience in the broadcasting industry and as an independent contractor for Resolution Trust Corporation for five years.

Velma Eddy

Velma has almost 25 years experience in the financing industry, and has been a member of the OFC Capital team since we opened our doors. A native Virginian, Velma's ability to cultivate client relationships and manage vendor programs is only part of what sets her apart from more "numbers-driven" financiers. Her knowledge of the structural building components industry has helped OFC forge relationships with some of the industry's biggest manufacturers, including a private-label program - "Financial Solutions" - with truss equipment maker MiTek.
